Strawberry Plant 'Vibrant'

One of the very earliest varieties to fruit. In warm springs, fruit can come from the end of May. Generally fruits from Early June to Early July. Once the plants are mature, usually year 3 onward, this variety produces a high number of trusses in succession each with 4 to 5 flowers each. This gives a constant crop and uniform fruit size.
Vibrant has good resistance to mildew and crown rot. We offer a PREMIUM grade of Bare root runner which has been grown in a different way to traditional runners. Traditional grade runners produce 2-3 flower stalks in year one, each one of these producing 6 plus fruits. The PREMIUM grade bare roots produces up to 10 flower stalks with 6 plus fruits per stalk. This is an incredible 3-4 times more fruits in year one!
