Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please Note:

  • If an item is not available in your country's warehouse, we may deliver it from another location, which could extend delivery time up to 60 days.

  • Live plants & seeds have special conditions (see below).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Garden furniture: Unused, in original packaging, with tags.

  • Seeds: Unopened and in sealed packaging.

  • Plants: Only eligible if dead on arrival (contact us within 48 hours with photos).

You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at plantroopsuk@gmail.com for approval.

  2. If approved, send the item to: 

    • Plants & seeds: Do not return without instructions (may require disposal).

    • Furniture: Must be repackaged securely.

Items returned without approval will not be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Plants/seeds: Email photos within 48 hours of delivery to plantroopsuk@gmail.com.

  • Furniture: Report damage within 7 days. We may offer a replacement, refund, or partial credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods: Cut flowers, live plants (unless DOA), opened seed packets.

  • Custom/personalized items: Monogrammed garden tools, made-to-order furniture.

  • Final sale items: Clearance plants or furniture.

Exchanges

  • Furniture: Return the original item first, then reorder.

  • Plants/seeds: We’ll replace or refund DOA items only.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel orders within 14 days (unused furniture/unopened seeds only). Plants are exempt due to perishability.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted; the remaining balance is sent to your account.
