Compact Kale ‘Starbor’ is ideal for small gardens and containers, and can be planted densely for baby leaves or spaced wider and allowed to mature. The dark green curled leaves have superb flavour and texture. This exceptionally winter-hardy plant will stand well in the ground, giving a long harvesting period. Pick the outer leaves as needed to encourage the plant to produce more, snapping them off by hand at the main stem.
