Brokali ‘Columbia’ is an exciting exclusive variety for autumn and winter harvesting. It has good tolerance to cold temperatures and will produce an impressive yield of long-stemmed florets well after most other maincrop broccoli varieties.
The flavour and texture is sweeter and more succulent than standard Broccoli and is ideal for stir fries and tempura.
Once the main head has been harvested, you can continue to harvest the side shoots, giving you a long harvest of delicious florets.
