Baby Ctenanthe 'Golden Mosaic'
Baby Ctenanthe Golden Mosaic is a small house plant which is part of the family of plants called prayer plants, with leaves which close up overnight and reopen again during the day. Beautiful, variegated leaves have a striped pattern, with shades of green and creamy golden yellow.
Place Baby Ctenanthe Golden Mosaic in an area where it can receive some bright, but indirect sunlight. These plants are humidity lovers, and so they are perfect bathroom plants and would also look great in the kitchen. If kept elsewhere, they will benefit from some regular misting.
The miniature size of this baby plant makes it perfect for smaller homes and spaces. It would look fabulous in the living room, bathroom, or bedroom but baby plants are particularly great as office plants to brighten up a desk, or to add some décor to an empty shelf.
It’s not unusual to give your plant a name… so don’t hesitate to choose one that you think suits the plant! Try naming your plant with the first name or word that you think of when you look at it - that’s how we ended up with an orchid named Clover and spider plant called Joseph.
