Coprosma 'Lemon and Lime' Patio Tree

Coprosma Lemon and Lime grows well in pots and containers and is the perfect outdoor plant for brightening up patios, driveways and terraces, as well as flanking entrances.

Also known as a mirror or looking glass plant, coprosma lemon and lime is often grown as a shrub. However, trained into a patio tree shape, it makes an excellent addition to any garden design. Patio trees provide height and structure to an outdoor space and the evergreen nature of coprosma provides colour interest throughout the year.

This patio tree boasts thick, glossy bright green foliage flushed with shades of yellow and cream throughout the year - hence the name lemon and lime. In winter, the leaves become tinged with warm orange tones. Insignificant green flowers may appear on mature mirror plant trees in spring.

Place this patio tree in a sheltered spot in full sun or partial shade. Water frequently during hot, dry spells and provide additional insulation for pot grown plants to protect against root damage in frosty weather.
