Baby Begonia rex 'Chayo'

£17.00

Begonia Rex Chayo is a unique, tropical houseplant which is sure to garner the attention of anyone visiting your home with its unusual metallic leaves. Round leaves will mature to a stunning teardrop shape in shades of silver with blue and pink hues.

Place your plant in bright, indirect sunlight and water when the top 2-3cm of soil becomes dry to touch. Begonia Rex Chayo prefers a humid environment, and so will benefit from regular misting or being kept in the bathroom or kitchen.

This houseplant is an excellent choice for any plant lover since it is relatively easy to grow and care for. Its miniature size means it’s perfect for anyone with smaller spaces to fill, whether it be a smaller living room or hallway, or a desk of shelf.

It’s not unusual to give your plant a name… so don’t hesitate to choose one that you think suits the plant! Try naming your plant with the first name or word that you think of when you look at it - that’s how we ended up with an orchid named Clover and spider plant called Joseph.
