Acer 'Seiryu'

Acer Seiryu are beautiful deciduous trees which will add a colourful splash to any garden. As the tree matures, they produce lovely lime green lacy foliage, that will be added with a red tinge throughout Summer. As the season progresses, they will turn golden/red coloured in autumn, making it an ideal point of interest in your garden. With an upright growth habit, the Seiryu will thrive in moist, well-drained soil, positioned in a partial shaded area.

This japanese maple prefers to be planted in a partially shaded position, prolonged exposure to full sun could damage the plant so some shelter is preferred. Seiryu can tolerate most soil types, so long as the planting area is moist, but well-drained. We would like to remind customers that the images are for illustration purposes only.
