Mid-season Raspberry Red is a vibrant crimson rhubarb with a sweet flavour. Late season Victoria is easy to grow and produces plenty of green, pink-flushed stalks with a delicious sweet flavour. From the second year onwards, you can harvest as much as you like from April to June, when the leaves have fully unfurled and the stems are at least 30cm long.
